A Bug Eyed Job Interviewee

Wanted to let your
readers know about a bad experience I had at a job interview recently. During the interview I began to feel my eyes
swelling up. Was it my imagination or
was the Interviewer looking at me rather too intently. I discovered after the
interview that my eyes were really swollen.
On arriving home partner
asked “What’s wrong with your eyes?” my response “I don’t know” Then partner
asked “What job were you applying for anyway?” I responded “Administration
Assistant”. My Partner’s cryptic
response was “More like a role in the movie A Bugs Life!” At this stage we both started to roar with
laughter.
Then I realised that
before the interview I went and
had my eyebrows waxed. I rang the salon to discover
that they had
decided to use a different kind
of wax and that I had experienced an extreme allergic reaction to it. Moral of the story don’t get your eyebrows
waxed on the day of the interview.
